Frequently Asked Questions

  • What if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?

    When you book you will have the opportunity to indicate if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions. We will be able to cater to your needs as long as we know in advance as we can offer vegan and gluten free options.

  • Can I get a refund or reschedule my experience after I purchase my ticket?

    Tickets purchased are non-refundable. We will be happy to reschedule your event to another available date. If your future travel dates are unknow we can convert you tickets into an e-certificate which never expires and can also be transferred to or redeemed by family members or friends.

  • Where are tickets purchased?

    Tickets can be purchased on here our website. For private event bookings you would need to contact us directly @kevin@caribbeanculinaryconcepts.com

  • Do I need to book in advance?

    We require participants to book at least 48 hours prior to event date in order for us to make appropriate arrangements.

  • Do you cancel your event due to rain or bad weather?

    All events are run rain or shine. We recommend arriving prepared based on the daily weather forecast, but our guides will have umbrellas and ponchos available in the event of rain. 

  • Is the event wheelchair accessible?

    No, unfortunately we are not able to accommodate persons who require a wheelchair.

  • Does the event end at the same place we begin?

    Yes, you will be dropped off at the end of the event at the pick up location unless you need a drop off anywhere in the Seven Mile Beach and George Town area.

  • How much food is available during the event?

    Our serving sizes often surprise participants so please do come hungry. At our stop at the distillery alcohol is unlimited. 

  • Are tips/gratuities included?

    No, tips are not included in the cost of your ticket. it is highly recommended that you tip your guide who will be very appreciative. Our guides are very professional and well educated so we are sure you will have a good experience. Standard gratuity rates are between 15-20%. 

  • Are bathrooms available during the event?

    Yes, bathrooms will be available throughout the event at our selected partners.


  • Can I book a private event?

    Yes, we ask that you please contact us directly for private bookings. For our regular event capacity is limited to 10 persons, however for private events we can accommodate larger group sizes. We ask that you contact us at east 15 days prior for private event bookings for group sizes of 10 and under and 30 days prior for group sizes over 10. We work with a number of selected partner on island and can design a customized itinerary for your stay. Some options include:

    • Dinner hosted by local Private chef at your location or alternative private location. A variety of menu options available. 
    • Boat/Yacth tours including snorkeling and fresh catch cooked on board. 
    • Entertainment options including local musicians and steel pan artists
